TENDER NO:CGK/ICT/01/WAN/2016-2017 FOR THE SUPPLY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF WIDE AREA NETWORK (WAN); VOIP AND WIRELESS INTERNET FACILITY AT KAJIADO COUNTY SUB-COUNTY OFFICES AND HOSPITALS
1.1 The County Government of Kajiado invites sealed bids from eligible candidates for the supply, installation and commissioning of Wide Area Network (WAN),VOIP and wireless internet facility at Kajiado County sub county offices and hospitals.
1.1 Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender documents at County Government of Kajiado, Procurement Office P.O. Box 11-01100 Kajiado, Kenya between 0930hrs to 1630hrs
1.2 A complete tender document may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Kenya Shillings 1,000.00in cash or bankers cheque payable to Kajiado County Revenue Account, Kenya Commercial Bank, Kajiado Branch
1.3 Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs, must be expressed in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
1.4 Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the tender number and be deposited in the tender box provided at/or be addressed to:

So as to be received on or before 1ST February, 2017 at 12.00 Noon
1.5 Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the tenderers representatives who choose to attend the opening at the Procurement office
