County government commissioned a laboratory at Kimana Mixed Secondary school in Kimana ward led by the County boss H.E Dr.Nkedianye, his deputy Paul Ntiati, Executive member of Education Hon. Nairowua, Area M.P Katoo Metito, Area MCA James Kuya and other county officials.
Speaking during the meeting Dr. Nkedianye recommended that the job was well done. However he warned the area Mca who attempted to open the Laboratory without informing him. He added that he is the only one indulged by the law to do that. “Do not lie to Wananchi that you control projects rather you just foresee the projects’’.
Nkedianye urged the pupils to work hard and aim higher to better their education standard. Mentioning the ongoing projects of ECDE classes as part of relieve to both parents and pupils as it has reduced the burden of travelling several miles so as to quench their thirst for education.
“Education is the key to every county development and my government is working hard to improve the education sector. We are building good ECDE classes all over the county because we want our children to get the best foundation when they are still young so that they can compete with other students in our nation.”
Education minister Hon. Jeremiah Nairowua added that the ongoing projects of ECDE classes as a good step and urged parents to send their children to school for better future. He added, education is the key to success we should embrace on it.
Area MP Katoo Ole Metito said the county government is doing a good job by extending a helping hand to the primary and secondary level.
